Two Foot Tall Club

It's February and Luka is two feet tall and 14lbs! The family celebrated Luka's 4 month birthday on the best day of the year-- Ground Hog's Day. Weather in Santa Barbara has been beautiful and we've enjoyed beach outings with the Potters and Thomsons. Auntie Shawna traveled down from Portland to meet the little guy. Auntie Sha and Luka were peas in a pod.

Luka made his first trip to work with mama. He loved the buzz in the lab!

Luka helped Thanos measure root biomass. Thanos promised to take him to Greece in exchange for his hard work.

Our Super Bowl dinner. Luka was in the mix helping slice and pluck feathers. Such a good helper! We didn't eat our girls- these were meat birds purchased for the festivities.
